Alrighty then, exciting news. Google, after quite a lot of complaints from webmasters regarding the ads that appear on their site, they are announcing a more advanced ad preview and approval system. Most webmasters will likely not power use it, as many of us don't need extreme totalitarian control, however, for those that run web sites for kids, religious based sites or other such sensitive material, this will come as very welcome news.
It will be implemented over the next few months from account to account, and will allow the publisher to either preview ads before seeing them on your site as a preemptive measure, or, as most of us likely will, will use it as a preview tool to see which ads are appearing now and to ban ads that appear spammy or have bogus landing pages and such.
I will give more details when I see it, or Google gives up more details to publishers via their blog.
